First Baptist Church of Austin is seeking a part-time Youth Ministry Associate / Minister to
Students (15–20 hours per week) to lead and nurture ministry with youth in grades 6–12. This
flexible role is ideal for a relational leader who connects well with young people, aligns with our
progressive, open and affirming Baptist theology, and is passionate about faith formation rooted
in social justice and contemplative spirituality. The position offers potential for growth as the
student ministry continues to develop.
