AWAB is committed to connecting, supporting, and fostering collaboration among our member churches, ministry leaders, and the broader LGBTQ+ Baptist community. That’s why we created Fellowships—a virtual lounge designed as a safe space for members of our AWAB family to gather and connect.
During these hour-long meetings, participants are encouraged to share best practices related to their ministries and to enjoy fellowship with like-minded individuals. Right now, we are only hosting Queer Clergy Conversations, but we hope to bring back others soon. Sessions will be held on Zoom, and registration is required.

For any minister (lay or ordained) who identifies as LGBTQ+. You do not have to be currently serving a congregation. We’ll commiserate together about the unique challenges of navigating Baptist life.
