Queer Clergy Conversation

Queer Clergy Conversations is a monthly virtual gathering for LGBTQ+ Baptist ministers, preachers, and ministry leaders.

Hosted by AWAB on the first Thursday of every month, these hour-long Zoom sessions provide a private space for queer clergy to connect with one another, share joys and challenges, exchange best practices, and offer mutual support in the sacred work of ministry.

Whether you’re navigating pastoral care, church leadership, sermon fatigue, or just need a safe space to laugh, lament, or lovingly vent—this is a space designed for you.

This gathering grew out of AWAB’s broader Queer Fellowships program, and is now focused specifically on serving those in ministry leadership roles. We know how isolating this work can sometimes feel, and we believe community among colleagues makes all the difference.

Registration is required, and the Zoom link is sent via email before each session.

Come as you are. Leave with new energy, real connections, and the sacred reminder that you are not doing this alone.
