Watts Street Baptist Church of Durham, NC, seeks a Director of Music Ministries for a position averaging 30 hours per week (with a potential for full-time if the candidate serves as Organist). We seek a creative and inclusive director who understands sacred music as an important part of worship and spiritual growth and who will engage all levels of the congregation in a variety of musical experiences.
