Fundraising Summit

You are invited to an exclusive AWAB FUNDRAISING SUMMIT

Friday, March 14 – Sunday, March 16
in Louisville, Kentucky

Join us for an inspiring weekend with fellow champions of inclusion and equality. This exclusive gathering brings together our most dedicated supporters to collaborate on innovative fundraising strategies that will sustain AWAB’s mission for 2025 and beyond.

Together, let’s chart a bold path forward, ensuring a future where every church is truly welcoming and affirming.

Costs

Participants pay for their own hotel room (average total cost is $560 for two nights) and flights to Louisville, KY.
Additional fee of $325 covers local transportation, meals, and programming.
Optional add-ons include tour fees TBC (likely Bourbon Tour, Churchill Downs Museum, and Conrad-Caldwell House Museum).

You may also bring an additional guest (like a spouse, partner or friend) who will share a hotel room with you. If they will participate in meals, transportation, and/or programming, you would need to pay the participant fee for them as well (and tour add-ons if desired).

Friday – 6:30 pm Dinner

Saturday – 9:30 am – 12:30 pm “Stories of AWAB” (lunch included)
Saturday – afternoon – tours or on your own
Saturday – 6:30 pm Dinner

Sunday – 9:00 am – 11:30 am – Worship & Fundraising Collaborative
Sunday – 11:30 am – 12:30 pm – Optional lunch

By the time we leave on Sunday, we aim to raise $20,000. By June 1, we aim to raise another $30,000.
