Our Church Members
Welcome to the Association of Welcoming and Affirming Baptists (AWAB). We are a network of Baptist-aligned ministries dedicated to providing a fully welcoming and affirming environment for LGBTQ+ individuals. Our member churches and virtual ministries embrace you with the unconditional love of God and offer a safe space for prayer, worship, marriage, baptism, and other traditional rites of the church.
Each of our member ministries has been thoroughly vetted to ensure their employment practices are inclusive and supportive of LGBTQ+ staff and ministry leaders. Our community is continually growing, so if you don’t find a church near you today, please check back soon.
