Special guest facilitator Hannah Edwards (she/her) will provide helpful information about what care looks like for trans and non-binary youth, what resources are out there to support your trans youth, and, in general, how to be an ally to trans and non-binary youth in our current national landscape.

Hannah is the Executive Director of Transforming Families MN – a peer-led support group for trans and non-binary youth and their parents and caregivers. She is also the training coordinator for Minnesota’s largest LGBTQ organization – Outfront MN. Hannah is a former public school art teacher. In her role as ED of TFF, Hannah enjoys working with other caregivers, giving them the tools necessary to best support the trans youth in their lives. She believes that when we all know better, we all can do better. When she’s not working, Hannah loves to spend time with her 2 daughters and her husband Dave.
