Co-Lead Pastor
About The Table MPLS
The Table is a non-denominational, independent, Christ-centered church located in Minneapolis, MN, the center of a thriving and diverse metropolitan area. Our community is justice driven and fully affirming with a focus on Jesus’ example of radical inclusivity and compassion. We are a multigenerational congregation with approximately 200 people who consider The Table their faith home.
Our Values
The Table is a church community that practices the ways of Jesus, making space for all to belong and be loved. We are:
- Christ Centered. We are committed to practicing the ways of Jesus, who came to show humanity what God is like as outlined in the gospels.
- Radically Inclusive. We enthusiastically welcome all people to fully participate in the life of our community. In particular, we affirm and celebrate our LGBTQ siblings at every level of church participation and leadership.
- Justice Driven. We are convinced that God’s dream is to see all human beings treated with dignity, reflecting that they are made in the image and likeness of God. Our dedication to social justice flows naturally from this conviction.
- Culturally Engaged. We are committed to loving and caring for our neighbors, prioritizing their needs above our own and cultivating relationships with informed allies and advocates in our community and globally.
- Unapologetically Human. Following Jesus’ example, we believe honesty and transparency are critical in our relationships with each other and with Jesus. We are committed to living honestly and openly before God and one another.
- Tangibly Compassionate. We are committed to showing tangible care and hospitality as we walk together through life’s joys and sorrows. We show up when it matters (and even when it doesn’t).
